For additional privacy, we recommend using a personal rather than a workplace email address when subscribing. You may also prefer to use an email address that does not contain your full name.
Loyalty Membership and Ticket Purchases
If you register for our loyalty program or purchase tickets online, you may be transferred to our ticketing provider, ML Ticketing.
Information required to process a ticket purchase may include your full name, contact information, billing information and payment information. Payment information is processed through the applicable payment provider and is subject to that provider’s privacy and security practices.
Tickets and memberships must be purchased using your own information and payment method where required. When you arrive at Oasis, staff may verify that reservation or membership information corresponds with your identification and payment information as part of our admission, age-verification, fraud-prevention and security procedures.
Tickets may also be purchased at Oasis where available.
Age and Identity Verification
Oasis is an adults-only 19+ establishment. Guests are required to present valid government-issued photo identification when visiting Oasis, so that we can verify age and identity and maintain the safety and security of our guests.
Information associated with our admission and identity-verification procedures is used only for legitimate operational, legal, safety, security and fraud-prevention purposes and is handled in accordance with our privacy and data-retention practices.

This privacy policy is applicable to the Oasis Aqualounge website. There are situations where you may be redirected to a supplier or partner website and each of those providers have their own privacy policies.
If you click our social media links, you will be directed to the applicable social media platform, Facebook, YouTube, X, Instagram, etc. Each of those websites are governed by their own privacy policy as well. We may share information with third parties such as Google Analytics, that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service and marketing assistance. More details are below:
If you sign up for our emails, the information you provide will be stored by our email marketing partner Simplycast, which is governed by its own Privacy Policy; please refer to their website for further information on their privacy policy. We always suggest you use a personal (NOT work) email address and ideally an email address that does not include your real full name, when signing up.
If you choose to become a loyalty member or prepay to book tickets online, you will be transferred to our partner ticketing site ML Ticketing. You are required to provide your accurate full name and address with your credit card information to purchase a ticket(s) to an event that will take place at Oasis. You may NOT use someone else’s credit card to become a member or to prepay for tickets. Note that door staff will check to confirm the name on the reservation matches the name on the ID and the name on the credit card you used to purchase the tickets. You can also purchase tickets at the door.
Information collected only allows us to identify website visitors if they have chosen to submit a form to ask a question or submitted a form to be added to our email newsletter list. Furthermore, Oasis Aqualounge does not sell, rent or loan to any outside parties any information collected and analyzed. The privacy of the website visitor is very important to Oasis Aqualounge and we aim to respect that at all times. Oasis Aqualounge only has personal information when it is provided to us voluntarily by the site visitor with their consent.
Google Analytics provides us with aggregate information about site visitors. We use that information to perform statistical analyses of the internet traffic to the Oasis Aqualounge website to better understand our market.
We do use cookies to track a number of activities and provide a desirable experience for our customers, including website and newsletter experiences. We treat any data that we collect with a cookie with the same high respect that we treat other data about our customers and only use them in ways that are consistent with the policies described above.
