Inside #DeliciouslyDisabled-Interview with Vice Magazine
Oasis Aqualounge and the disability consulting brand #DeliciouslyDisabled celebrated their first ever accessible play party, located at Buddies in Bad Times Theatre on Friday August 14th. This event was organized by Fatima Mechtab, Andrew Morrison Gurza and Stella Palikarova. While media was strictly prohibited inside the party, the organizers were able to take a few pictures before the event officially started in discreet areas that did not interfere with attendance.
This event was heavily populated in the media and had been covered by various international news outlets. Vice Magazine-who wrote an article about the event back in June-spoke to a volunteer and recapped some of the event highlights.
