The sexy and sophisticated bi-monthly event; Suits and Nudes was held on Tuesday December 16th. Added the fun and games was a special martini tasting hosted by Jonathan, owner of Kingpin Hideaway-https://www.facebook.com/KingpinsHideaway. A martini is a welcome accessory to any Nude or Suit and these delicious concoctions were enjoyed by all guests.

Lemon Drop Martini
Mix
2 shots of Citron Vodka
1 shot of Triple Sec
0.75 shots of Lemon Juice
0.5 shots of Sugar Syrup
Shake
Add all the ingredients to the mixing tin, add lots of ice, shake thoroughly and strain.
Pour
Serve in a Martini glass and garnish with a lemon zest twist.
Black and White Martini
Mix
3 oz Vanilla vodka
1 oz crème de cacao
Shake
Add the vanilla vodka and crème de cacao into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Pour
Garnish with black and white licorice candy, and serve.
Gingersnap Martini
Mix
1 1/2 oz. Acai Vodka
1/2 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 tsp. Molasses
Ginger 2 1/4 inch thick slice
1 pinch(es) Cinnamon
1 pinch(es) Clove
1 pinch(es) Allspice
Shake
In a cocktail shaker place the ginger, molasses, simple syrup and spices, muddle well. Add the Acai, ice and the rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat.
Pour
Strain into a rocks glass and garnishes with a orange peel and cinnamon stick.

Wiggle Wednesday @Hot Springs

Tonight’s special format for the last Wiggle Wednesday of 2014 offered a late night 11:00 pm show with a delectable cast of burlesque babes. Newcomers to the Toronto burlesque scene (and a few newbies to Oasis as well) Lisbon Maginot , Foxy Roxy and Ms. Kelly Mari “the eccentric beauty” all proved they’ve got what it takes to the art of takin’ it off.
Lisbon kicked off the night with a classic rock act “American Woman,” wearing a very skimpy red, white and blue string bikini and matching boa. Keeping with the classic rock theme the lovely Foxy Roxy, complete with an over sized fox tail and ears, strutted her stuff to Hendrix’s “Foxy Lady.” The crowd was loving it!
Ms Kelly Mari switched gears with a classic old Hollywood stylized act performed to a modern song by Nine Inch Nails, a very unique neo-burlesque act. The headliner for the evening literally had just landed from a 25 hour flight all the way from Australia! The crowd went wild for the ever-so-charming Australian firecracker Gigi Vanilla! She performed a beautifully choreographed classic bump and grind routine. The gals definitely got everyone’s blood flowing all the right places. We can’t wait for the next Wiggle Wednesday on Wednesday January 7, 2015!
