Anti-smoking law in effect-January 1st, 2015
Starting Thursday January 1st 2015, Oasis Aqualounge can no longer permit smoking of any kind on the premises , including outside on the pool deck. This new rule is the result of the Ontario government’s legislative action to ban smoking from all public areas, including all restaurant and bar patios. We understand that this will be a difficult transition for some of our guests and we apologize for the inconvenience this will cause.
Any business who disregards this law will be faced with a $100, 000 fine so we please ask for your cooperation, moving forward. Areas such as the pool deck will be monitored closely and customers must adhere to this rule if they wish to visit Oasis Aqualounge. In the meantime, we suggest that if you smoke, you may do so outside the building, 9 meters away from the entrance on the corner of Carleton and Mutual St. We are also open to suggestions as to what could make this process easier.
